Method of protecting confidential data

Entry and transfer of personal data and credit card number data is protected by the SSL protocol of 256-bit encryption provided by the WSpay™ system for online authorization of credit cards. Authorization and billing of credit cards is done using the WSpay™ system for card authorization and billing in real time.

SSL encryption is the process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during its transmission.

This enables safe transfer of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user's computer and the WsPay service, and vice versa.

Memphs d.o.o. does not store credit card numbers and the numbers are not accessible to unauthorized persons.

Statement on protection and collection of personal data

We undertake to protect the personal data of customers, in such a way that we collect only necessary, basic data about customers / users that are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations; we inform customers about how the collected data is used, we regularly give customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.

All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All our employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Currency conversion statement

All payments will be made in Croatian kuna. The amount for which your credit card will be charged is obtained by converting the price from euros to Croatian kuna according to the valid exchange rate list of the Croatian National Bank. When charging with your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the valid exchange rate list of the card association. As a result of the price conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference in the amount compared to the original price displayed on our website.
